Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Ironwood Clear Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Fresno. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for field inspections and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
