Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Clear Energy and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for billing disputes and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
