Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Bright Cedar Facilities Group is a facilities company in San Diego with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for cleaning schedules and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
