Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Corner Construction Associates and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for project schedules and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
