Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Stonegate Cross Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Miami design routes and schedules. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of about 314 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for route schedules and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
