Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Fernwood Keystone Farms Group is an agricultural business based around Phoenix, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 105 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
