Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Westbrook Fox Auto Group Partners serves drivers and dealerships across the Wichita region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 61 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track performance measures for customer estimates and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
