Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Cedar Mill Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Denver region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for field records and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
