Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Keystone Inspection Services and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of about 963 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
