Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Lumen Sable Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Minneapolis region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for parts orders and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
