Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Clearpath Bridge Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Louisville, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Track performance measures for carrier rates and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
