Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Ember Construction Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for permits and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
