Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Amberfield Cross Energy is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for service connections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for service connections and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
