Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Auto Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of about 597 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for service appointments and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
