Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Highbridge Yarrow Foods Associates is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for allergen controls and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
