Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Clearpath Harbor Facilities is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for safety inspections and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
