Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Rivermark Pike Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Savannah. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for materials orders and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
