Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Redstone Ridge Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Dallas. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for supplier deliveries and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
