Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Greenridge Birch Energy is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for outage response and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
