Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Clear Freight Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for customer tracking and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
