Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Redstone Lakeside Energy is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for outage response and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
