Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Clear Environmental Services and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for landfill records and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
