Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Greenridge Fern Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Las Vegas region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for field records and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
