Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Amber Auto Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for parts orders and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
