Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Raleigh, NC)

Summit Wilder Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Raleigh region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for vehicle inspections and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
