Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Raleigh, NC)

Clearpath Stone Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Raleigh design routes and schedules. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for ridership counts and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
