Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Raleigh, NC)

Stonegate Drift Inspection Services is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for equipment calibration and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
