Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Raleigh, NC)

Bright Glen Inspection Services Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
