Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Keystone Energy and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of about 459 people based in Providence. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for hardship programmes and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
