Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Portland, OR)

Clearpath Keystone Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Portland, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of about 823 people based in Portland. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
