Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Pittsburgh, PA)

Redstone Juniper Inspection Services is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Track performance measures for test reports and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with equipment calibration.
