Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Phoenix, AZ)

Rivermark Wren Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Phoenix, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for equipment calibration and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
