Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Philadelphia, PA)

Clearpath Keystone Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Philadelphia with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Track performance measures for fleet maintenance and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
