Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Orlando, FL)

Highbridge West Environmental Services Group collects and processes waste and recycling around Orlando. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for landfill records and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
