Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Omaha, NE)

Silverline Ridge Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Omaha. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Track performance measures for service appointments and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
