Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Omaha, NE)

Highbridge Juniper Facilities Group looks after properties across the Omaha region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for contractor visits and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
