Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Oklahoma City, OK)

Stonegate Forge Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Oklahoma City, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for client sites and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
