Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Oakland, CA)

Silverline Quill Facilities Associates is a facilities company in Oakland with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 60 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for safety inspections and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
