Operations Manager - throughput and quality (New Orleans, LA)

Greenridge Glen Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around New Orleans, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
