Operations Manager - throughput and quality (New Orleans, LA)

Clearpath Willow Auto Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
