Operations Manager - throughput and quality (New Orleans, LA)

Westbrook Cobalt Construction delivers building projects for owners across the New Orleans region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for safety records and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
