Operations Manager - throughput and quality (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Keystone Energy Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 116 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Track performance measures for billing disputes and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
