Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Summit Junction Auto Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
