Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Nashville, TN)

Silverline Vale Water Authority Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for water quality, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 109 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for water quality and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
