Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Nashville, TN)

Nova Corner Construction is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Track performance measures for project schedules and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
