Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Nashville, TN)

Clearpath Quill Facilities Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
