Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Minneapolis, MN)

Silverline Meridian Facilities looks after properties across the Minneapolis region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Track performance measures for contractor visits and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
