Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Milwaukee, WI)

Westbrook Beacon Water Authority Group is a public water utility serving the Milwaukee area. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of about 553 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
