Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Milwaukee, WI)

Cedar Field Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Milwaukee, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for subcontractor invoices and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
