Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Miami, FL)

Northwind Cross Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Miami, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Track performance measures for certifications and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
